In the course of this article we are going to discover what are the Commemorative Slovakia 2 Euro Coins. Commemoratives are very special coins because they were minted on the occasion of historical events or important people for the State or even for the whole Europe.

For this reason, the subjects depicted on these coins are different from those on the classic 2-euro coins. Of course, these “special” coins are not only different in terms of the subjects represented, but also have a value that exceeds the face value (2 euro) and is generally higher, precisely because of this peculiarity.

Let’s see what commemorative coins of Slovakia are, what they represent and what their value is. Below there will also be a table with the year-by-year circulation figures.
